Satay Hen Skewers

  • 2&#032tbs&#032coconut oil
  • 1&#032spring onion&#032to provide

Directions

  • If you are cooking on the BBQ, soak your bamboo skewers in drinking water for an hour right before you need to have them.
  • Position the hen tenderloins and satay paste in a significant bowl or in an airtight container. Toss to combine, make certain all sides of hen are coated. Deal with and leave to marinate in the fridge for a bare minimum of an hour (overnight if you have the time, so the flavours truly soak in).
