Satay Hen Skewers
- 800 g rooster tenderloins
- 6 tbs The Wholefoods Refillery Satay Paste
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1 spring onion to provide
- 1 handful of roasted peanuts to serve
- 1 lime wedged

If you are cooking on the BBQ, soak your bamboo skewers in drinking water for an hour right before you need to have them.
Position the hen tenderloins and satay paste in a significant bowl or in an airtight container. Toss to combine, make certain all sides of hen are coated. Deal with and leave to marinate in the fridge for a bare minimum of an hour (overnight if you have the time, so the flavours truly soak in).
Preheat a char-grill pan or bbq on medium warmth.
