P63 is a modest urban apartment intended for one particular of our typical purchasers. Most of his time, he stays with his relatives in the region and arrives downtown only on business for 1-2 times. When commencing this style and design task, we have been confronted with the difficult job of competently organising the house in a fairly smaller condominium and earning it as useful as attainable.
We determined to focus on 3D room organisation. As a result, we have established an item in the kind of a cube that logically divided the central place of the condominium into various zones. On a person side of the house, there is a kitchen area, and on the other side, a rather massive storage place is placed this permitted us to maintain the hallway and the entrance space both equally neat and useful. Also, we created a little functioning space inside of this volumetric item.
As the main notion of the apartment, we strived to develop anything wholly distinctive from the client’s state property, where by black colour predominates. So, we wanted to make the room in the apartment vibrant, concise, and pure. That is why we chosen white as a color for all surfaces. In the meantime, a purposeful volumetric environmentally friendly cube grew to become the visible accent of the style and design.
The environment of the apartment is built in a concise and minimalist fashion, with pretty much no decor. To emphasise the geometry of the space, we used shadow profiles and hidden skirting boards. The interior is based on minimalist and perfectly-created constructions that make an unpretentious space appear sophisticated and powerful.
