Bright white decor, natural wood elements, and fresh light green accents shape the airy rooms of these two homey interior designs. Visualised by Elemental Design, the two decor schemes are also characterised by a host of cute curves that come in the form of painted wall features, racetrack mirrors and curvaceous wardrobe designs. Indoor plants and botanical wall art provide much of the greenery, but a deliciously minty green and white kitchen, fresh mint green kids decor, and a green accent master bedroom expand upon the uplifting colour palette. We’ll also find a powder blue and blush pink bedroom design, and a plethora of built-in furniture ideas.
A stylish ceiling fan is bedded into a circular ceiling recess inside the first of our two home tours. The unique canopy sets a curved shape theme for the rest of the room, where a round coffee table reflects its silhouette.
A slatted wooden stand adds contemporary styling to the white marble round coffee table. A square ottoman and linear modern sofa are softened with rounded corners to suit the room aesthetic. Light apricot accent cushions add visual warmth to the grey sofa upholstery.
The TV stand carries a traditionally inspired aesthetic with elegantly framed doors and brass detailing. Curved edges smooth the unit into the white TV wall, where a circular detail paints an eye-catching feature behind the TV screen.
The structure of the TV wall curves down to merge into the kitchen peninsula. A cute white picket fence planter houses a neat row of indoor plants.
A cylindrical wooden column and arched base support the dining peninsula.
Above the peninsula, the elegant fixtures are Model 2065 dining room pendant lights designed by Gino Sarfatti for Danish brand Astep. Warm grey dining chairs contrast darkly against a white marble tabletop.
A kids’ play space is set up in the corner of the room. A fun fabric teepee is paired with a round rug that complements another painted circular wall feature. Botanical art and potted plants give the play area an adventurous outdoorsy feel. A wicker basket keeps toys tidy.
Built-in storage units feature a decorative arched bookcase. The arch is complemented by a racetrack-shaped wall mirror by the front door, where a built-in entryway bench conceals shoe storage.
A mint green kitchen backsplash threads a cool colour through a white and wood kitchen cabinet combination.
Inside the master bedroom, a piece of circular bedroom wall decor extends the botanical influence over the platform bed. A small indoor plant grows a burst of living greenery.
Bespoke wardrobes feature a slatted finish and curved edging.
The floating TV stand and matching dressing table coordinate with the wardrobe’s curved shaping. A round vanity stool, freeform vanity mirror, and arched wall detail add more complementary curves. A small pendant light drops in a sweet pop of blush pink.
The second double bedroom design is more contradictory to the rest of the home with its sharp linear headboard design, although a rounded desk and chair duo smooth the look.
A soft grey bedroom rug is matched by a tasselled throw. Suspended bookshelves add an interesting touch by the bedroom door, where they form a library entryway.
An all-white decor scheme brightens a small, windowless shower room.
A glass wall kids room is fitted with another beautiful bespoke wardrobe design.
House-shaped toy storage units are coloured with mint green modules. A round rug softens the play area down in front.
The covered balcony is utilised as a laundry area, with a stacked washing machine and tumble dryer. Cabinets stow away cleaning solutions, whilst open shelving offers a place to fold and stack.
Hanging plants and rattan wall planters give the balcony a garden feel.
A wood cased window makes an arched feature in the living room of our second home tour. The interior window creates a light-sharing focal point above the sofa, which creates the feeling of added space.
The arched window is complemented by a curved pattern on the living room rug, and a rounded rectangle coffee table.
An upholstered dining bench softens the aesthetic of the modern wood dining set.
The narrow galley kitchen directs the eye toward a tall window with a city view.
A shoe storage area is illuminated beneath a set of built-in storage units in the home entryway. Open shelving nooks warm the white installation with moments of natural wood tone.
Inside the home office, a double workspace is faced toward the window light and the view.
A bespoke L-shaped desk design draws around the perimeter of the small, square room. Wall shelves make the most of vertical storage space.
In the master, muted green paintwork colours a restful backdrop for wooden shelves and 3D abstract relief bedroom wall decor.
A decorative vase adds the sculptural element to a built-in bookshelf that merges into a window seat.
The vanity unit is arranged as a peninsula that attaches to the wardrobe and separates the sleep space from the dressing area.
Green paintwork colours a decorative border opposite the foot of the bed.
This bedroom switches up the colour palette with powder blue and blush pink accents, though the green theme is still present in botanical wall art.
The window seat in this bedroom merges with a custom-built wardrobe.
A home workspace looks out the living room at the other side of the interior arched window.
The final bedroom features a built-in bed design with raised wardrobes.
